It's all about knowing your Business Processes - What is the Software footprint on your Desktops? Are all those licences needed? Do they provide a business value? Stakeholders need to keenly inventory, evaluate and assess their software footprint against the hardware platform that can meet those Business Needs. Thin Client is not for everyone and neither is supporting full Desktop OS with Suites of applications and supporting infrastructures.
