Are we solving the problem of access with new legislation by limiting "free-enterprise"? should these efforts better serve us if the government file servers were better secured? This may be an opportunity for the Federal government to look into DLP (Data Loss Prevention) and protect the data, not stymie the innovative technology that happen to stumble upon some poorly secured file servers.
